Wireless Watch Japan reported that the new mobile payment scheme launched by East Japan Railway Co.’s (aka Mobile Suica) is taking off very slowly. This is apparently due to the few number of compatible headsets, the limited geographical coverage, and the requierement for consumer to own a “View Card” credit card.
